The Lab Notes: Origins

"This project began in April of 2026 as a birthday trick/gift — AI music made together with my son. Goal was to make a banger that he would truly love. He did. And I did as well. As I kept refining the themes, lyrics, dynamics, build-ups, break-downs and more songs, I kept falling in love with the sound. Once I had an album worth of songs, I fine-tuned the files, then processed them through high-fidelity upsampling. This is the result: a father-machine collaboration that outgrew its lab. Felt too good to keep this to household only! Now dad and both kids sing along to this music and rock-out in car, kitchen, bathroom, trampoline - everywhere."
